Allied Civil Services Pty Ltd operates a versatile and well-maintained fleet of plant and equipment, enabling us to deliver a wide range of works efficiently across varying site conditions.

  

Plant & Equipment includes:


• 8 Tonne Flocon Truck - Our ‘Flocon’ heated body is ideal for transporting and delivering Asphalt, keeping mix at optimal temperature, ensuring consistent material delivery to site.


• Concrete Mixer (2.8 - 6.5m³ Capacity) - Use of our own agitator trucks provides flexibility for smaller jobs, tight access areas, and projects requiring controlled batching.


• Tipper Trucks (2.5T to 12.5T Payload Range) - Suitable for transporting a wide range of materials including soil, aggregates, and construction waste, supporting both small-scale and bulk haulage requirements, whilst also allowing us access across a wide range of sites.


• Excavators (1.8-8T) - Our fleet of various sized excavators enables us to complete a wide range of works within both confined and open sites, enabling precision and efficiency, whatever the task requires.


• Skid Steer Loaders (Small & Medium) - Highly versatile machines used for site clearing, material handling, grading, and working in restricted access environments.


• Traffic Management and Control Vehicles and Devices - With a fleet of our own Traffic Management Vehicles, fully equipped with all necessary signage and devices, we can carry out works swiftly and efficiently, while also maintaining the highest levels of safety for our workers and the general public.


This diverse fleet allows us to perform a wide range of works in house, reduce reliance on external plant hire and subcontractors, to maintain greater control over project timelines, quality, and cost efficiency.

At Allied Civil Services our management team share in over 20 years of experience, including on high profile works, including jobs such as Melbourne Citylink (Tullamarine Freeway Expansion and Widening), Frankston/Dandenong Road, Lathams Road, Craigieburn Road and Palmers Road Upgrades.
These experiences across a wide range of scopes, helps us to provide our clients with confidence in choosing a contractor with hands on knowledge.

FITZROY PROJECT (SMITH AND MOOR ST)-
- Removal and Installation of Work Zone, Bollard Installation and Removal, Profile and Paving of Asphalt Roadway ~70m2
- Asphalt Footpath Removal and Reinstatement ~135m2, Culvert Supply and Installation
- 15l/m Bluestone Kerb and Channel Modification and Installation (City Style Kerb Stone, 4x Pitcher Channel) 


WOORI YALLOCK PROJECT-
- Slab Infills, Excavation, Forming, Steelwork and Pour of Footings
- Scabbling and Slab Overlay (including Rebates, Set Downs etc)
- Site Preparation, Exposed Concrete Pour (~90m2), including Supply and Installation of Strip Drainage Channels
- Ceramic Paving/Tiling on Concrete Base ~25m2,
- Removal and Reinstatement of Concrete Entrance Ramp to new heights.


MECWACARE PROJECT, MALVERN-
- Slab Cutting and Trenching, Drainage, Slab Infills and Shower Rebates, to engineering drawings, ~75m2


TRAWALLA AVENUE, THOMASTOWN-
- 2.3L/m B1 Kerb and Channel Reinstatement, Convert 18L/m B2 Kerb and Channel to SM2 style Kerb and Channel
- Removal of B2 Lintels, Supply and Install of Sm2 Lintels and Modification of Pits to suit,
- Removal of Class B Pit Lids, Modification of pit to Accept Class D Cast Iron Pit Lids x2, Preparation and Pour of Apron and Surrounds of Pits x2. 


INDUSTRIAL AVENUE, THOMASTOWN-
- Approximately 14l/m Sm2 Kerb and Channel Reinstatement
- Concrete Infill Behind Kerb using SL72 and N25 concrete ~14mx1.2m @250mm depth.
- Removal of Class B Lids, Modification Supply and Installation of 2 Class D Cast Iron Pits Lids.
- Rectify pooling in Channel, Reinstatement of 10.5 l/m B2 Kerb and Channel plus 5.6 × 2.5m Industrial Crossover.
- Performance Solution Provided: Removal and Modification of Pit Lid and Surround, Pit Cut Down to accept Grate in Channel, Modification and Reinstatement of 3.5l/m B2 Kerb and Channel.
- Provided traffic management with a TGS (generic/new) for this site, with a maximum of 3 traffic controllers, one side per day to allow thoroughfare to Heavy Vehicles.


HEYINGTON AVENUE, THOMASTOWN-
- Reinstatement of, 8.2l/m B2 Kerb and Channel, 10.5l/m B2 Kerb and Channel,
- Installation of new Pit, Lintel and Class D Lid, 19l/m pipe, Existing Pit Modification
- Redesign and Reinstatement of 21.5l/m B2 Kerb and Channel, including 2x Industrial Crossovers, and Pit Surround


LATITUDE BOULEVARD, THOMASTOWN-
- 60m2 of Footpath Reinstatement to Council Specifications at new levels, Topsoil and Seed.


HIGH STREET AND HIGHLAND ROAD, THOMASTOWN- 

- Reinstatement of 30 m² of Bluestone Roadway at Intersection, including Concrete Base Supply and Placement, Relaying of Stones and Flood Grouting.


NICHOLSON STREET, FITZROY-
- Supply and Install 11l/m Bluestone Kerb (Large City Style Block, Rough) 


NATIONAL BOULEVARD, CAMPBELLFIELD-
- Fire Services leaking below Roadway.
- Identification and Locating, Excavation, Pipe Repair, Backfill and Compaction
- Reinstatement of 12.4m2 of Roadway.
- Necessary Traffic Management and Control Services provided.


MASCOMA ST, STRATHMORE-
- Bluestone Roundabout Modification 25 l/m of Bluestone, 12.5l/m x 2rows.
Traffic Management and Control Provided during works. 


CASSINIAS GROVE, MERNDA-
- Roadway + Kerb and Channel affected by Roots of Tree previously removed from site.
- Reinstatement of 22.2l/m of B2 kerb and Channels, including 2 residential crossovers (2.6x4.2m and 1.3x4.9m, modification of pit and new Lintel installed.
- Reinstatement of 41l/m of B2 Kerb and Channel, including 3 residential crossovers (4.8x1.4, 4.8x2.5, 4.9x1.3)


FINDON RD, EPPING-
- Reinstatement works of approximately 320 m² of footpath, crossover, and pram crossings were completed over a period of 1.5 weeks.
 

ALBERT ST, BRUNSWICK-
- Onsite meeting and discussions with Client and affected Businesses and Residents to come up with project plan to minimise disturbances

- Reinstatement of ~250m2 Footpath, ~115m2 Industrial Crossovers, ~86L/m Kerb and Channel
completed over 7 working days, including weekend work, in stages to minimise disruptions.
 

WOODSTOCK SUBDIVISION WORKS-

- Prepare to Specifications, including preparation of Base, Formwork, Expansion Joints/Connolly’s, Pour and Finish 3x Laneways along with Multiple Crossovers, Pram Crossings and Foot Path Runs.

- Works Totalling ~571m2 Completed over the course of 6 working days.


PITCHER PARK, APLHINGTON-
- Approximately 970m2 Carpark Development
- Supply and Set Up, Site Safety Devices such as Signage, Webbing, Safety Fencing and Bollards.
- Initial Site Layout and Mark Up, including Identification of Services
- Site Cut including Excavation, Cartage, Removal and Disposal of Material (350/400mm Depth) ~390m3
- Drainage Works including Trenching, Pit and Pipe Installation and Connection
- Sub-Base Stabilisation
- Base Preparation, including Supply, Cartage and Lay of Material ~290m3 to set Heights/Grades and Compaction to 98% Density
- Supply and Lay ~29m of Spoon Drain

ENVIROPIPE, CAMPBELLFIELD-
- Site Establishment, Identification of Services
- Provision of Safety Devices and Maintenance of Works Exclusion Zone for entire duration of project
- 400m2 Site Cut, Removal, Cartage and Disposal of ~350m3 material
- Sub-Base Dewatering, Stabilisation and Correction
- Supply and Lay of Geo Fabric, and Base Preparation, including Supply, Lay and Compaction of 80m3 20mm Ballast and 150m3 Class 3 C.R
- Supply and Install 3 Stormwater Pits (1.5mx1.5mx1.5m), including Supply and Install of Grates and Surrounds/Aprons
- Supply and lay of approximately 42L/m 300mm Stormwater Pipe including Trench Excavations, Pit Connections, Backfill and Compaction
- Reinstatement of Various Sections of Spoon Drain, ~22L/m
- Supply and Installation of ~25m Retaining Wall, Tapering from 600mm down to 250mm in height (100mm Thickness Concrete Sleepers)
- Supply and lay of ~10L/m Modified B3 Kerb, reducing from 300mm face, down to 0mm
