At Allied Civil Services our management team share in over 20 years of experience, including on high profile works, including jobs such as Melbourne Citylink (Tullamarine Freeway Expansion and Widening), Frankston/Dandenong Road, Lathams Road, Craigieburn Road and Palmers Road Upgrades.
These experiences across a wide range of scopes, helps us to provide our clients with confidence in choosing a contractor with hands on knowledge.

    Smith / Moor Street, Fitzroy Project

    - Removal and Installation of Work Zone, Bollard Installation and Removal, Profile and Paving of Asphalt Roadway ~70m2
    - Asphalt Footpath Removal and Reinstatement ~135m2, Culvert Supply and Installation
    - 15l/m Bluestone Kerb and Channel Modification and Installation (City Style Kerb Stone, 4x Row Pitcher Channel)

    - Arrangement of Crane and Services, Provision of Traffic Management Services during Lifts  

    - Line Marking and Parking Space numbering across 3 basement levels (22 Car Spaces)

      Mecwacare, Malvern Project

       - Slab Cutting and Trenching, Drainage, Slab Infills and Shower Rebates, to engineering drawings, approximately 75m2 

        Woori Yallock Project

        - Slab Infills, Excavation, Forming, Steelwork and Pour of Footings
        - Scabbling and Slab Overlay (including Rebates, Set Downs etc)
        - Site Preparation, Exposed Concrete Pour (~90m2), including Supply and Installation of Strip Drainage Channels
        - Ceramic Paving/Tiling on Concrete Base ~25m2,
        - Removal and Reinstatement of Concrete Entrance Ramp to new heights.

          Heyington Avenue, Thomastown

          - Reinstatement of, 8.2l/m B2 Kerb and Channel, 10.5l/m B2 Kerb and Channel,
          - Installation of new Pit, Lintel and Class D Lid, 19l/m pipe, Existing Pit Modification
          - Redesign and Reinstatement of 21.5l/m B2 Kerb and Channel, including 2x Industrial Crossovers, and Pit Surround. 

            Industrial Avenue, Thomastown

            - Approximately 14l/m Sm2 Kerb and Channel Reinstatement
            - Concrete Infill Behind Kerb using SL72 and N25 concrete ~14mx1.2m @250mm depth.
            - Removal of Class B Lids, Modification Supply and Installation of 2 Class D Cast Iron Pits Lids.
            - Rectify pooling in Channel, Reinstatement of 10.5 l/m B2 Kerb and Channel plus 5.6 × 2.5m Industrial Crossover.
            - Performance Solution Provided: Removal and Modification of Pit Lid and Surround, Pit Cut Down to accept Grate in Channel, Modification and Reinstatement of 3.5l/m B2 Kerb and Channel.
            - Provided traffic management with a TGS (generic/new) for this site, with a maximum of 3 traffic controllers, one side per day to allow thoroughfare to Heavy Vehicles. 

              High Street and Highland Road Intersection, Thomastown

               - Reinstatement of 30 m² of Bluestone Roadway at Intersection, including Concrete Base Supply and Placement, Relaying of Stones and Flood Grouting. 

                Albert Street, Brunswick

                - Onsite meeting and discussions with Client and affected Businesses and Residents to come up with project plan to minimise disturbances
                - Reinstatement of ~250m2 Footpath, ~115m2 Industrial Crossovers, ~86L/m Kerb and Channel completed over 7 working days, including weekend work, in stages to minimise disruptions.  

                  Pitcher Park, Alphington

                  - Approximately 970m2 Carpark Development
                  - Supply and Set Up, Site Safety Devices such as Signage, Webbing, Safety Fencing and Bollards.
                  - Initial Site Layout and Mark Up, including Identification of Services
                  - Site Cut including Excavation, Cartage, Removal and Disposal of Material (350/400mm Depth) ~390m3
                  - Drainage Works including Trenching, Pit and Pipe Installation and Connection
                  - Sub-Base Stabilisation
                  - Base Preparation, including Supply, Cartage and Lay of Material ~290m3 to set Heights/Grades and Compaction to 98% Density
                  - Supply and Lay approximately 29L/m of Spoon Drain
                  - Supply and Lay of approximately 22L/m Concrete Edge Strip
                  - Remove and Reposition/Reinstate 13 Existing Wooden Bollards
                  - Construct approximately 45m2 New Footpath to Council Standards
                  - Construct approximately 30m2 Concrete Pad Infill
                  - Removal and Reinstatement of Gate, Reversing Orientation of Opening 

                    Peppercorn Hill Stage 3 and 4, Woodstock

                    - Prepare to Specifications, including preparation of Base, Formwork, Expansion Joints/Connolly’s, Pour and Finish 3x Laneways along with Multiple Crossovers, Pram Crossings and Foot Path Runs.
                    - Works Totalling approximately 600m2 Completed over the course of 6 working days.
